Staff Member for the area of Customer Service/Support (m/f/t)

As staff member for Customer Service/Support (m/f/t) you are mainly responsible for the support of customers and dealers with technical issues (per telephone, remote maintenance, ticket system). You create jobs and plan the operations of our service technicians and support them in all matters.

What you should bring to the role:
• Technical training, for example in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Professional experience in customer/telephone service or as service technician would be an advantage

• Good German and English language skills
